OUR FOUNDER

Yorlenny Garro – Founder & Director

Yorlenny Garro is a visionary leader in regenerative aesthetics, known for creating concepts that unite science, purpose, and consciousness.

For more than two decades, she has directed Aiona (formerly Rejuline), a pioneering med spa in Arizona known for its excellence in natural-looking results and high-precision medical-aesthetic protocols.

Her philosophy, known as Silent Beauty, redefines modern beauty standards: a regenerative, balanced, and deeply respectful approach to the individual essence of each woman.

In 2019, Yorlenny expanded her vision beyond the clinic by launching Rejuva Deluxe Skincare, a medical-grade skincare line with a social purpose. A portion of its proceeds supports women undergoing cancer treatment, reminding them that beauty can also heal.
 Each formula combines advanced biotechnology with active medical ingredients designed to restore both the skin and self-esteem.

As the creator of Estética C.E.O. (Clarity, Strategy & Order), Yorlenny promotes aesthetic education from a holistic perspective.

Through her mentorship and training programs, she guides aestheticians and wellness entrepreneurs to build profitable, structured, and emotionally sustainable businesses. Her method integrates neuroscience, conscious leadership, and business strategy to help professionals transform their practices into purpose-driven brands.

Certified in Laser Technology and Phlebotomy (U.S.), with ongoing education in advanced resurfacing, body contouring, and medical laser aesthetics, Yorlenny combines clinical precision with human sensitivity. Her work represents a new generation of professionals who not only rejuvenate the skin but also redefine what it means to be a confident, fulfilled woman.

Medical Direction

Dr. Britt Ferrel, MD – Medical Director of Aiona (formerly Rejuline) Med Spa.

Dr. Britt Ferrel brings over 20 years of medical experience and more than 15 years as a certified Medical Director in Emergency and Aesthetic Medicine. His leadership merges clinical precision with a deeply human vision of wellness and aesthetic health.

He supervises all medical protocols, laser treatments, safety standards, and quality control at Rejuline, ensuring that every procedure meets the highest professional standards.

Dr. Ferrel has held executive positions at major healthcare institutions, including Envision Healthcare (Fortune 500), where he served as Executive Vice President of Operations, and as Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center.

A graduate of UCLA with both an MD and MBA, Dr. Ferrel is recognized for his focus on patient safety, ethical medical management, and clinical optimization. He currently serves as Chair of Pharmacy and Therapeutics at Honor Health and is a member of the system’s Medical Executive Committee.

His commitment to innovation and excellence has solidified Aiona as a medical aesthetic center where science, precision, and care come together to deliver visible, reliable results.
